• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday until midnight, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish, French, German and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have two floors but no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We can provide private romantic room.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, we have one room overlooking a characteristic
  courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some of the rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The hotel provides no-smoking accommodation.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, every room is equipped with a satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes there is. No extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, with an extra cost.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The hotel does not have a garage but there is a car park at P.le Roma, 5 minutes by walking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at P.le Roma, 5 minutes by walking.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Venice "Marco Polo", 12 Km from Venice.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not provide a shuttle service but Venice is very well linked with the airport.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Venice "Santa Lucia", 2 minutes by walking.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  Gondola service is very near, just 5 minutes by walking near Rialto Bridge.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The water bus stop is in front of the hotel, it is named " Guglie". The water bus station is P.le Roma, 5 minutes by walking.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  There is a water taxi station at the railway station, 5 minutes by walking. Nonetheless, we can provide taxi service.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, we accept pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No restaurant as we only provide breakfast service.
  
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes you can. Extra charge for the connection.
