THe hotel is nmot clrealy marked and water taxi drivers don't seem to know where the hotel is ... A very clean and well designed accomodation with exceptionaly friendly staff. Ideally located, and reasonably priced...

System was down at check-out and little confusion due to language barriers. We need to learn how to speak better Italian. ... Positive - location was very secluded. That's a very good thing. After our stay in both Paris and Milan, we finally got some sleep in Venice. No external noise to wake us up at 7 am in the morning.
However, the alley leading up to the hotel concerned us. I'm assuming their is minimal problems with crime and rodents in Venice because the alley is the back entrance for a few restaurant establishments. ... The hotel is very quaint, quiet, and chic. Many conveniences, lots of room for a European hotel. Don't be turned off by the initial entrance, there's a calm oasis awaiting you at the end of your journey.

... DE MOEITE WAARD!!!

very friendly and helpfull staff ... somewhat noisy main ventilation system in front of our room ( room 107). Noisy hotel guests in room on top of our room. ... we had no problems checking out the evening before our ( early) departure ... Very nice, modern hotel accomodations in a quiet area of Venice.

the hotel provides a most interresting contrast between the decorated and romantic but rotten impresson of the city and the clear, straight modern impression of the hotel. everything is in perfect function, simple, but in best quality. a stay there prevents you from getting an overdose of history.

the place is filled with absolutely stunning pieces of art ... if you like a 'designer' environment this is THE place in Venice to go

Even though we arrived at 1am it was still very easy to get to. The only observation I would make is that the entrance alley is very narrow and a proper lit sign would have made it easier to spot. This is not a criticism but an observation ... We all had a fantastic stay and this was my 4th trip and by far the best hotel would stay there again and again. The staff, accommodation and breakfast far exceeded expectations. Beauliful modern hotel tucked away amoungst the history but blended in perfectly. ... quick and very smooth ... not sure if you do but the fantastic disabled facilities ... fantastic would highly recommend could fault nothing

Great venue! Superbly services & absolutely friendly staff. Marvellous :-) ... I would have appreciated a more Italian breakfast...but, it was fine as you can have great eats just around the corner. ... none ... no ... A modern place & hidden jewel right in the centere of Venice. A must for contemporary visitors used to convenient business hotels. Spotless clean!

Price was good, knowing that Venice is very expensive. ... Only one negative aspect, the sotoportego to enter to the hotel smells very bad. ... Excellent, if I can I'll return.

It was good to arrive at this nice and comfortable place after a tiring night travelling.
Great surprise after crossing the little tunnel that leads to Ca'Pozzo!! We describe the hotel as an Oasis. ... The place is very clean and uncluttered!
The staff is nice, helpful and friendly. The breakfast is good and for coffee lovers.. the cappuccino is yummy! ... . ... No, the info on the site is precise. ... You will need to cross a 50meter tunnel to get there, sometimes holding your breath because of the stale smell. But.. once you arrive, Ca'Pozzo is an oasis! A nice, tidy, well decorated, clutter-free hotel that makes you feel at home.

The hotel as a whole was fantastic, the only small let down was the breakfast which was minimal and didnt accomodate everyone as we once had to skip breakfast as the restaurant was too busy. ... Brilliat location in the one area of venice that feels truly lived in.So easy to find due to the location being only 5 minutes from the train station, just follow the signs home! Just off a bustling street filled with market stalls and small bars to watch the world go by from. ... A fantastic retreat after a long day of sightseeing. Ca'Pozzo allowed you to enjoy Venice to the max by not crowding you with elaborate decor 24/7. Staff were very freindly and the beds very comfortable, would definately reccommend the hotel!

Ca'Pozzo is very hard to find and the directions were not clear, but could be clear. It is down a very narrow passageway between two shops and is marked Sotoportego Ca'Pozzo. It does not look like there is a hotel down there, so it is important to list more than the 'address' in the listing. Addresses in Venice are very unhelpful. I asked around that neighborhood at shops and restaurants and no one had heard of Ca'Pozz, so we wandered around with our suitcases and finally found it. It is right next to the Guglie vaporetto stop and actually easy to find if someone tells you where to look for it! ... The room was very pleasant only seemed plainer than in the photos on the website because there was no art work on the walls and the room was entirely beige and brown. It would have been lovely with some of the modern painting that they show in the website. Otherwise it was spacious, nicely furnished, very comfortable. The entrance is not very nice because you must reach Ca'Pozzo by walking through a very narrow dark passageway which is used during the day by fish vendors and a bakery. It would help the visitor if it was better lit. ... We really liked Ca'Pozzo and would stay there again. It was immaculately clean, very spacious and peaceful. Because it is in a back courtyard it was very quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times, and the breakfast was excellent, served in a very pleasant room overlooking a courtyard.

We knew where the hotel was through another peson who had stayed there but I guess it could have benefited from better signage on the main street. ... Would recommend the hotel to others. ... Located in a part of Venice that might be easy to overlook but is well worth exploring. ... Clean, compact, well presented rooms with very helpful and polite staff. Located in an area from which it is easy to explore.

very nice hotel - we came unfortunately in the moment they take off the pictures in the rooms - so it was not exactly as nice as in your web-site - but bad luck for us the artist did an exhibition and needed his drawings. very nice hotel ... don't be afraid between street and hotel entrance there is a small passage to pass - this passage is not part of hotel and not a lot of light and a little bit dirty and smelly.....but once arrived it's perfect ... i took all details to forward to friends - and i would go back any time to this hotel for another stay.

We were welcomed in a most friendly and helpful manner ... The approach to Ca'Pozzo could have been better signed from the main throughfare ... Once again the charming staff were very efficient and were anxious that our stay was enjoyable ... Once again the lack of signage outside the Sotoportaga made the hotel difficult to find ... An absolute 'gem' but let down by the approach

Nice rooms, quite hard to locate and the walk through the alleyway to reach the hotel wasn't ideal. ... the rooms can be quite noisy as there is no sound proofing or carpets ... modern and chic

Provide more detailed directions. We had trouble finding the hotel. ... Very modern and quiet. Nice place to stay if you want to be close to the ghetto.

The directions were very clear , but just hard to find the hotel , you didn't mention to turn in a little street after the Giugle bridge ... The staf could be more cheerful , they are polite , but could be more friendly ... The area is great , no crowd , but near the famous places to see .Great if you don't mind to walk , but there's a boat stop at one step from the hotel. ... A very modern hotel , modern and nice rooms , nice bathroom , clean , but could be a little bit more cosy , and the breakfast place is a little bit sad , and the staff could be more friendly . Great location if you don't like the crowd

The bedspread was stained. You should include non-suite room pictures on your website. The room was very sparse. ... It should be better noted on the website that it is a non-smoking hotel. ... It was a great hotel, clean and air conditioned, in a great area, very nice staff, a good deal as well. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

I think (without being sure) I got a 'standard' room instead of what was on the voucher.
