Cą Riccio is located in Cannaregio 5394/A, on Campo dei miracoli. Please see the map below. This location is set on the same side as St. Mark's square and it is very special for those who intend to experience the real Venices' atmosphere.
How to check-in:
PLEASE SEND ME TIME OF ARRIVAL IN VENICE and your mobil. So we can take our time for oganize the check in because we are not all time in the Inn. When you will arrive in Venice.
Most of the interesting and famous sites of the city are in a short walking distance or they are easy to reach. Chemists, bars and shops are near the property. It is close to Fondamenta Nuove, the waterbus stop frequently conected to the airport and to the station, by Ali Laguna and two lines of the typical Venetian waterbus transport: Vaporetto. |

When you will arrive in Venice.
1-exit by the parking "Piazzale Roma" or by the train Station SANTA LUCIA and take the vaporetto (water-bus) nr.42 or 52 which will be on your left after you go down the stairs.
2-get off at "Fondamenta Nuove".
From the airport "Marco Polo" of Venezia-Tessera there is the line directly of water bus "ALILAGUNA", you get off at the stop "Fondamenta Nuove". It 's possible that this line you disembark in different stop the Fondamenta Nuove. In this caseYou'll must cross one big bridge on your left and after you ask for Calle del Fumo when you disembark take the left on "Fondamenta Nuove" (whit the water in your left).
3-take the right on "Calle Buranelli" wich will become "Calle del Fumo".
4 -When you reach the end take the left to "Calle Stella" and then continue in direction you where walking until you reach "Campiello del Pestrin".
5-Cross diagonally "Campo Stella" and "Campo Widmann" (they're after "Campiello del Pestrin").
6-turn your right Walk Rio terą dei Biri and you'll find on you left CA'Riccio 5394/a
7-Buzz'CA'Riccio CA'Riccio 's staff will open you
By Plane
From International Airport "Marco Polo" in Venice - Tessera:
You can catch Alilaguna shuttle (water bus) to Fondamenta Nuove, then you have to take Calle del Fumo and when you arrive in Widmann small square you'll find another small square on your left. We suggest to print the map.
By Train
The nearest railway station is Venezia Santa Lucia. Exit the station and from piazzale Roma (parking area) take the vaporetto nr 42 or 52. Get off at Fondamenta Nuove.
By Car
Coming from the north or the south, take the exit Venezia and follow the direction to the city centre and the railway station. When you reach Piazzale Roma, we suggest you to leave your car at the public parking and reach the property with public transport as following.
Exit the station and take the vaporetto nr 42 or 52 which will be on your left after you go down the stairs. Get off at Fondamenta Nuove .When you disembark take a left on Fondamenta Nuove (with the water on your left)
Take a right Calle Buranelli which will become Calle del Fumo. When you reach the end go left to Calle Stella and then continue in the direction you were in until you reach Campiello del Pestrin. Cross diagonallly Campo Stella and Campo Widmann. Walk down Rio Terą dei Biri and you'll find Ca'Riccio on the left at nr.5394/A. Buzz Riccio to be let in. If you prefer, you can catch line 1 or 82 to Rialto. When you find S.Bartolomeo square turn on your left to S.Apostoli direction. After the second bridge you'll find Flaminio Corner square. Turn on your right and at the end of the street you'll arrive to Santa Maria Nova square. On your left there is a small square and a bridge and then you'll find the street where is located our hotel. (We suggest you to print the map.) Look for the small placard marked Ca Riccio (one of several other names) on the door. |
