• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room and per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We do not serve breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, Spanish and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartment spreads out only the ground floor of the building.There is a step before the entrance (mind the gap!)
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, Cà Rubino is very quiet and comfortable.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
  
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do. Cà Rubino is a non smoking property.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is but there are Italian channels only.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is seasonal and free of charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is not. The nearest parking is at Piazzale Roma (1 km).
• Where can we rent a car?
  In 10 min. walk are the biggest "rent a car" companies.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Tessera "Marco Polo" airport (7 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not but there is a convenient public service.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Venezia S.Lucia, 10 min. walking distance.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest gondula station is Ponte delle Guglie (3 min. walking distance).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest is "Guglie", 3 min. walking distance.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  You can take watertaxi just outside the apartment.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
