• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, continental breakfast is included.
  
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
  
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors. No elevator.
  
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, one room has a canal view.
  
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are provided, of course.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, but the two rooms are bright and sunny.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms are no smoking rooms.
  
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV in the rooms.
  
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is and it's seasonal. No extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Not, but near there are many Internet points.
• Is parking or garage available?
  It is possible to park at Garage San Marco at Piazzale Roma.
  
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Piazzale Roma or "Marco Polo" airport.
  
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo Venice Airport.
  
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Venice "Santa Lucia".
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  Nearest Gondola Station is in "Piazzale Roma" (five minutes walk).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  Nearest Vaporetto Station is "Piazzale Roma" (five minutes walk) or S.Basilio (five minutes walk).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  Nearest Water Taxi Station is "Piazzale Roma" (five minutes walk).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
  
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, pets are not welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not, but we can suggest you many restaurants close to the Property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
