We did not get very clear information on what to do on arrival to venice. Trying to make the phone call to the owner was difficult and there was not any tourist information help in the train station. we should have had a map give to us via email to her house. it did not help that it was pouring rain when we arrivied. ... The place was fine and well kept the only problem we had is the beds were of poor quaility, especially the single bed. very uncomfortable and should be replaced. Other then the trouble finding the place and the one bed we had a wonderful time in venice and the owner of the room was very helpful and very very nice to us. ... Nice and clean and close to the train station. I would stay there again if ever in Venice.
