At the reception, we speak Italian, English, French, Spanish and Portuguese. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
Our property is set on the second floor and there is an elevator. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, our rooms are very quiet and romantic, with view over the Grand Canal. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes, we provide linens and towels. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
There is a spacious terrace in common use. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Only one room have a balcony. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
No, we do not have non smoking rooms, but we always asked our custumer to smoke in the smokers area. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
Yes, each room has a colour TV sat with the most important international channels. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, each room has a direct dial telephone. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Yes, each room is equipped with individually controlled air conditioning, as well for the heating. No charge for both of them. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
Yes, there is a dining room where you could dine, but it is open only in summer time. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes, there is a Wi-Fi Internet connection in each room and you can also receive and send messages from the reception desk. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, there is no swimming pool. - Is parking or garage available?
No, there is no parking or garage in our property. - Where can we rent a car?
You can rent a car at the reception desk. - Which is the nearest airport?
The Marco Polo Airport (Venice Airport) is the nearest airport. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Yes, we have a pick up from/to the airport (by car) at extra charge. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Santa Lucia railway station is at 3 minutes on foot from our property. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
