The property was hard to find as it was in a narrow passageway and trough a gate hat was not sign posted so we were unsure if it was Casa Colli or another private residence.
...
The whole experience was great. I will be recommending it to all my friends.
...
A detailed map of where it is located (including the need to go through the gate).
...
From photos and the website showing that Casa Colli was an incredible place to stay in the middle of Venice.

Fauzo met us as we got off the bus and walked us to our B&B. He was very chatty and made us feel very welcome. Also told us a few funny stories along the way.

Usually you see a picture of a different room on some websites but this was exactly as it was on the internet. The view was great and it wasn't a busy building so we didn't hear anyone else. Just the hum of boats going by our window.
I know it's Italy and i don'twant to sound like i'm moaning but breads for breakfast didn't quite do it for me, as i'd had too much of this over the duration of our stay. Although, the coffee they serve is very good :)
...
There is no signage so if you don't get picked up by someone from the bus you could find yourself getting lost trying to find it. (it's down a little passage way and through a gateway)
...
Just what we needed. Staff were very friendly, it wasn't overpriced like many places in Venice. It was clean and bright and the bed was nice and comfy too. Oh and free sky tv for just incase you are knackered after a long day walking. We have already said to friends if they go to Venice then ask for Casa Colli's details.

Fausto was very helpful on the phone when I rang earlier, before arriving in Venezia and he was at the Ali Laguna pontoon to meet us just as he said. He was very helpful and informative for our stay in Venezia.
...
The room was very comfortable for our stay and very clean and well appointed.
...
Fausto was very helpful in advising us about the trip back to the airport and he helped us take our luggage to Le Guglie boat station, which was much appreciated.
...
Casa Colli B&B was a comfortable and clean and convenient place to stay while we enjoyed the sights of Venezia each day & we returned each night to our room.
