• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, a delicious continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We can speak English, French and Italian, of course.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has one floor and there is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all rooms are in Venetian style, with double or french size bed, vey quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No,
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we have not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, each room is equipped with sat/tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, each room is provided with direct dialling telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes,air-conditioning is included in the price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have.Please ask the reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is not. We suggest you to park your car at Piazzale Roma and then catch the vaporetto (n.1-82).

  The nearest airport is Venezia Marco Polo.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request.

  The nearest railway station is Venezia S.Lucia.

  The nearest Gondula station is S.Angelo's stop and it arrives until S.Lucia railway station.

  The nearest Vaporetto stations are S.Angelo (line n. 1) and Rialto (line n. 82).
