• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 11.30am until 8pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included and it is an express breakfast served directly in your room.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Guests can settle the bill on arrival if they prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our friendly staff speak English, German, French and Greek.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are only two floors but no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are peaceful and very romantic as it has been given great care to all the details.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide them
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The B&B is located in a typical courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  They all have one , two or three windows.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  They are all non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  The TV is in every room and it is a satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  The air condition is in every room and it is included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  We make only bed and breakfast service.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do,
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is not.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Piazzale Roma.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have this service.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Venice Santa Lucia.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  There is a gondola station just outside the Guest-House.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest is San Marco or Rialto it takes only two minutes walking.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The nearest is in Rialto and it is easy to reach walking.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry they are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are many nice restaurants nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  There is Wi-Fi connection in the whole property.
