  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  The B&B staff speak French, English, Italian and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has two floors without elevator; the bed and breakfast is situated at the first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The room is very quiet and private with a romantic view on the garden.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Towels and linens are provided by Casa di Sara B&B staff.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The B&B has a courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, there is not a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The room is non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, in the room there is a TV without international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not a telephone in the room but the B&B staff can offer the possibility to have a call whenever guests want with his personal telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning without extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is the kitchen.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, in the B&B there is not a swimmming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a parking at 15 minutes walk from the B&B.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Piazzale Roma, very next to us (15 minutes walk).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Venice Airport Marco Polo is the nearest airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Venezia Santa Lucia.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest Gondula Station is Ca' Rezzonico, just 3 minutes walk.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest Vaporetto station is 3 minutes walk to Ca' Rezzonico and 5 minutes walk to Accademia.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The water taxi can arrive in the canal just in front of us.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, in the property there is not but very close to us (five minutes walk) there is a fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, the property has not a restaurant but a few steps there is a variety of very good to excellent restaurants, friendly pubs, tantalizing food shops, and colorful fresh fruit and vegetable markets.
  
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, in the room there is the availabity of the Wi-Fi Internet connection.
