From the Airport Marco Polo you have three possibilities:
- The first is by private water-taxi. Definitely the quickest and easiest (but not the cheapest!) accommodation and an exciting beginning to view the Magic City in all her splendor. Just 24 minutes.
- The second mean is by public water bus (Alilaguna). You won't be alone, the travel time is triple (around 70 min.) and the last stop is Zattere, which means you have to walk another 3 minutes. Tickets can be purchased at the Airport or directly on board.
- The third choice is by land. You can take the big blue bus or yellow bus in the direction of Piazzale Roma. From there you must take a water-bus (vaporetto) number 1 to the direction Accademia and you can stop in Ca' Rezzonico. From Piazzale Roma you can also walk to us. It will be around 10 min.
From Ca' Rezzonico stop walk in direction of "Campo San Barnaba", go straight in the "Calle lunga San Barnaba", and, after few steps, turn on your left in the "Calle delle Turchette". Cross the bridge in front of you and the first bridge on your right and turn left. You are now on the "Fondamenta Romite", and we are at the number 1330. Please ring the lion ring bell "Valentini". We look forward to opening our doors. In case you have difficulty you can ask about a very famous restaurant "Montin" which is just in front on the opposite side of the canal. |
