By Railway Station:
If you arrive by train, your starting point is the
"S. Lucia" railway station. The "vaporetto" stop is just outside it. Take the n° 1 "vaporetto" : it takes you on a ride through the Grand Canal lasting about a 50 minutes. The n° 51 is a more direct to route to the "Lido".
By Motorway:
If you arrive by car, take the ferryboat direct to the "Lido". It leaves every 40 minutes from the "Tronchetto" area.
From the Airport Marco Polo:
If you fly into Venice, you can get "Alilaguna" boat leaving every hour . We are at only 200 mt from the boat station to / from S. Marco Square. We remind you that there is a regular boat service to S. Marco Square every 5 minutes during the day and every 20 minutes at night. Upon arrival at the Lido boat station, take either bus B and get off at the third stop. |
