• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French, German and Spanish
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 5 floors, but Casa Pisani Canal spread out only 2 of these.
  
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our rooms are quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they have not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Our junior-suites are provided with a "poggiolo" (small balcony facing the canal).
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all rooms are equipped with sat/tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, each room has telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, all rooms have air-conditioning included in the price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have an Internet point in the public room.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No,there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  You can park your car in Piazzale Roma.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Yes, please ask the reception for this service.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is "Marco Polo".
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  There is a shuttle service from the airport till St Mark's Square and Fondamente Nuove every 30 min.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Venezia S.Lucia.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  Casa Pisani Canal is located between Rialto and S.Marco stops.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest "Vaporetto" stations are Rialto and S.Marco.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The nearest Water Taxi Speedboat station is S.Zaccaria
  
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not, but each room has its own Jacuzzi bath.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but we can suggest you a lot of delicious restaurants in the surroundings.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can surf the Internet from the room with your own laptop.
