• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 11.30am, Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.

  Yes breakfast is included.

  Yes, heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you want.

• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have one floors and we do not have the elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes is all romantic and quiet rooms with on canal view or private garden view.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No we do not have any terrace.

  No we do not have any balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes we have.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Someone are the air conditioning, others ceiling fans.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not.

  Yes we have.

  No, there is not.

  No, there is not, the nearest parking is at Piazzale Roma.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Piazzale Roma (Venice is not suitable for cars).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes we have it on request with an extra charge.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  S.Lucia Railway Station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  Is near Ca' Rezzonico stop at 3 minutes from hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  Is 3 minutes from Ca' Rezzonico stop and 5 minutes from Zattere Stop.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The taxi boat pier is in front of the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.

  No, there is not but there are several restauants nearby.
