A little more information about parking options and COSTS would have been helpful, but we did eventually find some information on the web on some other sites. This was actually difficult information to find from any source at all. And in almost every aspect, provided website provided much more information than most other similar websites. ... The staff were also helpful with giving suggestions and directions for places to eat, which were extremely helpful. We found the suggestions were perfect. ... Staff were more than happy to keep our luggage in a safe place after checkout, to enable us to stay a few hours longer in Venice. They were all helpful, willing to be of assitance, but without being intrusive. Perfect. ... I can't remember exactly, but I found it wonderful that the area seemed so quiet, and yet within easy walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The garden was very beautiful and quiet, and although it was winter and a little too cool to enjoy it, it was beautiful to look at, and a wonderful view from the window of our room...in addition to the beautiful old buidings and towers. ... A quiet and beautiful B&B directly on the canal with a tranquil garden...just like a picture postcard of Venice, but definitely with all the comfort. The rooms were tastefully decorated (without being excessive as some accomodation in Venice!), with modern spacious bathrooms, including all conveniences. Everything is spotlessly clean and well organised. The breakfast is very generous with a great variety to choose from. Staff are always available to help with anything you need, including suggestions for restaurants and directions you can rely on.

Just that at present renovation work is being carried out on the canal which Casa Rezzonico fronts on to. ... Extremely peaceful, spotlessly clean and very welcoming.

A wonderful stay in a cosy calm hotel !
... Maybe needed to mention that the hotel is only 15' by foot from the bus stop plaza di Roma which is very important for the people coming with Ryanair who need to take the first bus at 6 o'clock sharp (a bit early for the Vaporeto) ... It's done

Getting to Casa Rezzonico is not easy from the train station specially when you carry suitcases. I recommend to offer prospective clients to be met and taken to the lodge at at reasonable fixed price. ... Highly recommended. The staff is very courteous and the location is excellent. It is not as close to the main attractions as noted but still excellent. We walked all the time.

We thought that a TV will be in the room. It was not so. It was not mentioned in the details but may be it is normal: it was not a real problem!! ... A small, friendly and nice hotel in a friendly area (dorsoduro)

it would be nice if they could offer a shuttle service from the bus depot or the railway station. It was a little hard for us to negotiate getting there with two large suitecases. ... staff was great. Breakfast was great and everyone we talked to enjoyed their stay at this hotel. ... It is in a great location. Lots of things to do and find. Good restaurants in the surrounding areas. ... It was large and very comfortable and clean. The shower was large in Italian standard. Very nice staff members and we always had a great breakfast in the morning, even in the garden one morning.

At first the church bells ringing during the night made it difficult to sleep - but we were very pleased with the accomodation and the assistance of the staff. Church bells are present throughout Venice. ... Breakfast in the garden was delightful. ... Excellent accomodation.

I would definitely stay there again - there are only seven rooms and I think we had the best - under the eaves, top floor overlooking the rear garden. ... There is dredging of the canel in front of the hotel that goes on all night. We were given a room in the back of the hotel, but I heard some complaints. ... Charming, small, friendly.

I was suprised, in general, how good the Casa was; indeed will definately use your website again, and possibly book again to Casa Rezzonico. ... Not to do with Casa Rezzonico but you could include a section on nearby restaurants. ... Spacious rooms, clean, family-run guesthouse.

The location is incredible. Within minutes I was enjoying the relaxed atmosphere of Santa Margarhrita, a real neighborhood hang out. My week there was picture perfect. Diane Schwartz ... English limited. Staff helpful but not able to provide detailed suggestions. ... Picture perfect.

We arrived off the ferry from Pula and found our way by foot very easily following the directions. We were a little disconcerted to find we had to ring the bell on the street to be let in. ... As we asked to stay an extra night we had to change rooms, we were happy with this and there was very little disruption. ... It was not fault of Casa Rezzonico but the work on the canal outside was rather messy to say the least. The canal was having major works done on it and the rubbish etc that built up was quite unpleasant. Hopefully this will be finished soon. ... I would recommend it as a quiet friendly run place with a lovely peaceful garden which at the end of a long hot walking day in Venice was absolute heaven to sit and enjoy a glass of wine ! The area is quiet but within walking distance of all the attractions, San Marco, Accademia, San Polo etc.

Very pleasant place! Lovely garden! ... Casa Rezzonico was the perfect place to stay in Venice. It is in a great residential district of Venice. It is far enough from the tourist attractions to be authentic, but close enough to walk and see everything. The garden is very lovely and we used it night and day. A wonderful benefit of this little, lovely house. Finally, the price can not be beat. We really loved it!

Acutally, I don't remember any directions from you. I got my directions from the hotel. ... A lovely area, quiet and mysterious!! ... We checked out very early in the morning and the nite man was still on duty. He seemed a little confused (and his English wasn't that good, but, our Italian should have been better!!) about the Visa machine and how to type in the amount. He had to do it twice (two different amounts) and I was a little concerned that we might have been over, or double charged. But our Visa bill was ok, so everything worked out right. ... We had a front room. It was a nice size with a big bathroom and ample closet space! Our canal (my favorite canal in Venice, I stayed there on purpose!!)view was so mysterious. It is close to Campo San Barnaba, but yet out of the way of lots of tourist foot traffic. The bells of the nearby Carmini church were so soothing.

The bathroom wasn't the best. The toilet seat wasn't attached the toilet; the hand-held shower head had a leak; and there wasn't sufficient hot water in the entire facility - each day two of the three people in our party had to take lukewarm showers. But the property is lovely and the the staff was helpful and kind. ... I wouldn't say the rooms were spacious. Of the three hotels we stayed in during our trip, the rooms here were by far the smallest. ... Good location, beautiful property, hopefully they've resolved the hot water issues and fixed the toilet seat :-)

I would highly recommend it. The only issue I found was the distance it was from most attractions/tourist spots.

When we were there the temperature was about 2 degrees C. The room heater was not able to get the room to a temperature we liked. This is only an issue in the coldest season so maybe a note to that affect. ... Nice and friendly
