• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1.30pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The rate is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The hotel has two floors and we dont have the elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The hotel is located in a narrow street and it's very quiet and the rooms are furnished in Old Venetian Style and they are romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The Junior suite has a little terrace overlooking the canal.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only the Junior suite.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All the rooms are no-smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the room are furnished with satellite tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All the room are furnished with direct dialling telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All the room are furnished with a air conditioning during the summer time. No charge for this service.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at Piazzale Roma (the car terminal of Venice).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Venice Marco Polo Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  From the airport there is a shuttle boat to Venice named (Alilaguna).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Venice Santa Lucia.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The Gondola station is 20 meters far away from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  We are 400 meters from Rialto boat stop and 500 meters from St. Mark's boat stop.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The taxi boat station is 20 meters far away from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  We accept only small pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
