• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included. Our buffet continental breakfast is so composed: milk/coffee (Italian-American), tea/orange-juice, fresh fruits, bread, toasted bread, marmalade/jam, butter, honey, chocolate, corn flakes, yogurth, ham, cheese (eggs on request). It is served in a characteristic salon, very attractive, and - when warm - on our terrace overlooking the canal.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes. Normally the payment is settled on check-out date.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors (including ground floor). Yes, there is an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Our upper floors rooms are very quiet (we have a lift).
  Our Junior Suites are very romantic. Very special rooms, often sold for honeymoons or special occasions.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Our room 305 has a own terrace overlooking the canal and a part of St. Mark's tower bell behind the Basilica.
  We have also a terrace with canal view with breakfast service and a top floor terrace with panoramic view over Venice.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of them.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a satellite TV. With some English speaking channels like CNN, Fox news, ect. And Spanish, German and French channels too.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dialling telephone in every room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning with no extra charge. It's conditioned heating in winter.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Every room has an ADSL port to surf in the Internet. Bring your laptop with a net card. Our system will recognize your PC and you will surf in the Internet very fast.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  If you park at garage san marco (PIAZZALE ROMA), you can have a discount coupon at our reception (20% in low season - 10% in high season).
• Where can we rent a car?
  PIAZZALE ROMA (we can do it for you at our reception desk).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  MARCO POLO venice airport (2 km . 30minutes with private taxi / 1 hour with alilaguna water shuttle. Get off at San Zaccaria.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request we could arrange it.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  VENEZIA SANTA LUCIA MAIN STATION (25 min. to the hotel) lines 1, 82, 52 get off at San Zaccaria.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  5 minutes walking.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  5 minutes walking (SAN ZACCARIA).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  3 minutes (from PONTE DELLA CANONICA) cross Campo San Filippo e Giacomo turn left and go strait till the hotel' s entrance.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No. There is a fitness centre very close to the hotel, at CAMPO SANTA MARIA FORMOSA (5 minutes walking).
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes (under 10 kilos).
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No. There are many good and reasonable priced ones at 2 min. Ask reception.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  You can plug your modem or, better, if you have a net card, you can plug you net cable to an ADSL port and surf very fast!
