• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday until 8pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included (marmelade, brioche, tea, coffee, butter, rusks).
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors and we don't have a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are very quiet, romantic and private rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Dandolo apartment does have a wonderful terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  All do have balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do: all apartments are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is Satellite tv in all apartments.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We do have PC connection in all apartments.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  In Venice.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Piazzale Roma .
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  There is Alilaguna-boat.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Lucia station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  Gondola station is in Saint Mark (2 minutes walk) and at Rialto Bridge (5 minutes walk).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  Vaporetto Rialto 5 minutes walk and Saint Mark 2 minutes walk.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  Rialto 5 minutes walk and Saint Mark 2 minutes walk.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
