 Residenza Castello 5280 is located in the center of Venice just two minutes-walk from Saint Mark's square and 5 minutes-walk from Rialto Bridge. From Residenza Castello, after a very short walk, guests can easily reach the best known sites of tourist interest but it is also nice to let your eyes guide you and, walking through "calli" and "campielli" without a precise destination, discover the ancient Venetian craft shops which are not always located along travel-guide routes, or discover some attractive angle of the city that definitely deserves a photo as Venice is particulary suited to mono-colour photos and on your return home, as you view the results, you will believe yourself to have really mastered the photographic art.

By Plane: coming by plane the nearest airport is Venezia. From there you can take the bus until piazzale Roma. From there you can take the water bus, number 1 or 82 and get off at Rialto. From there you can easily reach the apartments on foot. From the bus stop you have to reach campo San Bartolomeo. Then take campo Bissa San Antonio and follow Salizzada San Lio. Then turn right in Calle Casseleria, where Residenza Castello 5280 is located on the left side of the small street.
By Train: the nearest railway station is Venezia Santa Lucia. From there you can decide to take a water taxi or a water bus, number 1 or 82 and then as above. The water bus is cheaper, but the journey is a little bit longer.
By Car: coming from the north or the south, on the highway, take the exit Venezia and follow the directions to the city centre and piazzale Roma. From there, we suggest you to leave your car at the parking in the square and reach the apartments with public transport as above. |
