Catering, private cook and maid service on request. Pets are welcome. Besides the service of transfer by boat from the house to the public line stop in Mazzorbo island, excursions to the Venetian islands with private boat are also possible, on request.

Small boat at disposal during the staying included (only fuel to be charged) telephone, Internet to be charged extra.

We can guest up to 8 people, if requested, adding beds. A small boat is included to tour the lagoon on your own (only fuel to be charged; great! isn'it?) Optionals: guide tours of Venice and of the lagoon, private dinners in the villa with cook, maid, etc..

In the near Lido Of Venice island, you can find a wide 18 holes green, tennis courts, swimming-pools, horse-riding club and the beach. A small boat is also at disposal (only fuel to be charged) to visit the lagoon on your own or to go bird-watching, fishing or hunting.

A restaurant on the other shore beyond the small channel (3 minutes by boat. In Burano (5 minutes walking distance from Mazzorbo) you can find other restaurants, a drugstore, market, post office, a bank and a the police.
