• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 10am until 8pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is for the whole villa.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes on week-end basis, not on long term periods.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  at chek-in or at check-out is the same.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, Spanish and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  2 floors Villa, no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There's a private furnished court yard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  the whole villa is smoking or non smoking according to customers desires.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Telephone and tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, but in Lido there is a municipal swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  A private boat parking near the House is available on the island.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Piazzale Roma in Venice, o at Venice Airport "Marco Polo".
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in Burano.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  35 minuti by vaporetto or watertaxy.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Private watertaxy on request (extra charge).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  30 min. by vaporetto or watertaxy.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  Burano.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  Mazzorbo, 5 minutes.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  In front of the Villa the public boat staion; private watertaxy on request after 30 mins waiting.
• How far away is the beach?
  20 mins by public boat.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Public.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
