The price is per apartment. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
We do not offer a service of breakfast. - Is heating included in the price?

Yes. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
We have a multilingual staff. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 2 floors in the building and the apartment is on the first floor. There is no elevator. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
The apartment disposes of a quiet and private room. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?

Pets are admitted only by previous written request (by fax or e-mail), which shall be done before the reservation. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
