• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The given prices are the daily price per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, buffet breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, but we prefere you to settle it on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  5 floors and yes we do have two elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We can offer rooms facing on the Basin or overlooking the street.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Few of them.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all rooms are equipped with satellite tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is. During summer there is air conditioning in the rooms without extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do. We also have wireless (WI-FI) connection in the public areas, for those who have their own lap top.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the terminal car parking in Piazzale Roma, through our Concierge.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Venice airport VCE, at about 15 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  There's a public shuttle service from St.Mark's Square, just few steps from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  About 2 km.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  In front of the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  "Calle Vallaresso" stop is located 100 meters far.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  We do have our private pier for watertaxies, therefore they may berth and depart directly from the Hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Not yet unfortunately.
• Are pets welcome?
  If small sized and well educated, yes they are the welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Our Restaurant "La Colomba", is the best restaurant in Venice and it is located just 50 meters from the Hotel door.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
