• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, continental breakfast a buffet with capuccino, espresso coffe, american coffe, milk with chocolate, english the, some style of croissant, italian and dark cereals bread, juice and some various tipical italian cake, yougurt...
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building have 2 floors with no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The rooms are quite, in our new depedance there is a rooms with graden and top venentian view.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All the rooms are non smoking because we have a sistem allarm for fire/smoke.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is satellite Tv in all the rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is telephone with direct dialling in all the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning in all the rooms without extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Piazzale Roma.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is San Marco in Venice; it is at about 15 km from the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Santa Lucia in Venice; it is at 50 metres from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  We have a traghetto gondola a few metres fo us.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  Waterbus n°1 get off at the "Accademia" or "Salute" station. Otherwise you can take the Waterbus n°51 or n°61 and get off at the "Zattere" station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station is at the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets are welcome.
