• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment per 2 guest per night.
  
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A very rich breakfast buffet is included in the price. The breakfast buffet consists in: warm drinks (coffee, milk, cappuccino, tea, chocolate), plum-cakes, fruit juices, bread, several kinds of jams, honey, butter.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, it is not. It depends on consumption.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Guests can settle the bill on arrival. Please note that we do not accept credit cards.
  
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  The staff of "La Colonna Gotica B&B" has very wide experience in hotel business and speaks English, German, French, Spanish and Italian, of course!
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  La Colonna Gotica B&B is a 2-storey apartment with two floors and no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The bedrooms in "La Colonna Gotica B&B" are very clean, welcoming, quiet and private.
  
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The rooms do not have a terrace, but wide windows permitting the sun and fresh air to get into anytime.
  
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The rooms do not have balcony, but wide windows permitting the sun and fresh air to get into anytime.
  
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do. All rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  "La Colonna Gotica B&B" does not have an Internet/E-Mail point, but there is an Internet point close to the building.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  At 5 minutes by public motorboat from the B&B there is a municipal swimming pool which is open from 9.00 a.m. to 07.00 p.m. every day.
• Is parking or garage available?
  "La Colonna Gotica" is situated at 10 minutes walking from the Piazzale Roma and Tronchetto parkings.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are some car rental agencies at Piazzale Roma, Marco Polo airport and Venice railway station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  "La Colonna Gotica B&B" is situated at 35 minutes by public transport from the Internation Venice Marco Polo airport and at 55 minutes by public transport from San Giuseppe Treviso airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Venice Santa Lucia railway station is at 15 min. walking distance from the B&B.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest Gondula Station is situated at less than 5 minute walking from "La Colonna Gotica B&B".
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest Vaporetto station is "San Basilio", situated at 3 minutes walking from the B&B.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The nearest water taxi speedboat station is at 5 min. walking distance from the B&B.
  
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  In the property there is not a fitness center but guests can find one just a short walk from the apartment.
  
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  It is not possible to surf the Internet from the room but there is an Internet point close by.
