Everyone was helpful. We stayed at 5 hotels during our trip and the staff at the Concordia were the most professional and helpful of them all.

The modern showers were very nice, especially when the temperature reached the mid 30's.
Having a water taxi stop nearby and hotel staff are able to 'call you a taxi' and have it waiting, was a nice plus.

A perfect hotel for visitng Venice. At anytime during the day you're able to go back to the hotel to freshen up or drop off packages and you're quickly back on the tourist trail!

nice room (104)with view to the dome, near to places of interest and traffic facilitys, good smelling, clean rooms with nice furniture, good service, quiet place, although near st. marc's place, just not too big.

The number and variety of hotels listed is very good, and the way that they can be sorted (by cost, location, etc.) really helps to find the best fit and what one is looking for.

Once my wife and I arrived and notified our reservation, we waited for a period of 10 minutes while they checked that the room was in order for us. During the wait, the attentions were very good (coffee, fruit, etc).

The hostess waiting for us at the airport was excellent and the private water taxi from the Airport to the hotel was a great experience.

All the staff were very welcoming and helpful--there was some confusion about our reservations (our fault not theirs) and it was handled very professionally.

The whole stay was GREAT -- staff was very helpful with resturant suggestions and reservations, directions around the city, and arranging transportation. Beautiful Comfortable rooms!!!

The airline managed to loose all our luggage on the way out to Venice and the reception staff were extremely helpful. They took our mobile phone number and called the airline on our behalf for upadtes and told us to go enjoy Venice. Excellent service

There is an introductory discussion before you go to your room, somehow there was some confusion and we were left sitting in a reception area for 30 minutes before we went back to the desk to ask what was happening. Clearly they had forgotten that we were waiting. However this is the only negative comment about our whole three day stay the rest was near perfect and the view from our room was exceptional.

Expensive, but given that it is right next to Piazza San Marco, it was good value for what we had. Certainly worth staying again.

The entire staff at Hotel Concordia was most pleasant, accommodating, and professional. They upgraded our room, giving us a choice, which was unexpected and most appreciated.

The breakfast was superb, affording a lucious variety of foods. The head waiter (forgive me for not remembering his name) was a top-notch gentleman, who made it his personal effort to attend to us and give us American coffee just the way we like it.
Mr. Juliano took great care of us, answering all of our questions, and giving us Venetian advice that made our experience delightful!
Thank you, all, at Hotel Concordia. I would not hesitate to return or highly recommend a stay to my friends.

You might want to mention that since the Hotel is so close to Piazza San Marco the scheduled bell ringing from the Cathedral will shock you if you are not fore-warned. If you look at the bright side, you won't need to set your alarm clock!

We enjoyed our stay at the Concordia very much. Of course the location is great and the hotel very nice, clean and comfortable. We appreciated the help from your staff to organize our sightseeing in venice. The restaurant was great both for dinner and breakfast.

We were offered a superior room with a view of St. Marks - we agreed to pay the higher price.

The room was not ready on arrival so we had to leave our luggage in reception and NOT in a secured area.

Centrally positioned to all amenties/sight seeing attractions. Next to MacDonalds! No residents stayed in the restaurant for dinner, very small bar area, therefore limits conversation with other residents. Staff fairly polite - was noyt informed about ferry services but had to find out for oneself.

We booked 2 rooms, unfortunately one of the roomīs airconditioning wasnīt working but the staff was kind enough to move us to the best room in the hotel for 1 night. We had a great balcony room overlooking St. Markīs Square. Wonderful stay at this hotel!

St. Marks weas under renovation so the room
with a view of St. Marks looked at
scaffolding covered by a cloth. Not really
worth a premium room price

If you are only spending a short time in
Venice I would stay there. If I were staying
longer I would look for something more out
of the way.

Great location and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff, accommodations and breakfast were good.
Only slight downside was the cost of a rum and coke at the bar. I was delighted to see that the bar had my favorite rum - 7 year old Havana Club. I immediately ordered a rum and coke. I was charged 17 Euros. (12 for the rum and 5 for the coke)This seemed exhorbitant so needless to say I didn't drink at the bar after that.!!
But overall a great stay.

too expensive for what the room provided. If the room was as expensive as it was because of its location, then that is fine. I would tell a friend to get a less expensive room and walk to the Square.

The hotel staff was great. Don't take my above comment wrong. We had a wonderful time at your hotel, there just wasn't enough 'bang for the buck' to justify spending that much money each night.
