Accommodations

 The hotel has eight rooms all with bathroom, single, double, triple and quadruple. Every room is individually decorated with various plasters and pastel colours. The furniture, cleverly restored, is original period furniture and the textiles have been individually selected for each room. |
The final result is stupendous, rooms in which you feel you have returned to another century. Some rooms look over one of the more colourful canels of Venice and you can enjoy free drinks from minibar. |
 Also there are six apartments:
Apartment San Marco: beautiful apartment, in a '600 palace, with air conditioning, two double bedrooms, a single bedroom, two bathrooms (one with shower, one with bath-tub), big kitchen-dining room with cutlery and cooking gear, a big living room with fireplace, large terrace where you can lunch, sunbathe and with a view over whole of Venice. All the bedlines, bathlines and kitchenlines are included. |
Apartment Cannaregio 1: delightful apartament, with double room, living room,kitchen with cutlery frigo,cooking-gear, bathroom with shower and an internal courtyard where you can have lunch and sunbathe. All the bedlines, bathlines and kitchenlines are included. |
 Apartment Cannaregio 2: delightful apartment,with double bedroom, a living room with a sofa that becomes a double bed, a big kitchen, with a cutlery and cooking-gear, with bathroom with shower, bedlinen, air-conditioning, and an internal where you have lunch and sunbathe. All the bedlines, bathlines and kitchenlines are included.
Both apartments have access to a courtyard with canal view equipped with tables and chairs for outdoor eating, and deckchairs to sunbathe. |
 Apartment S.Croce: a very nice flat, with a double bedroom, a room with three single beds, two bathrooms (one with bathtub, the other with shower), a large living-dining room with a sofa that becomes a double bed, and a kitchen. It is close to the steamboat line 1 boat-stop called "Riva de Biasio", in the historical center of Venice. All the bedlines, bathlines and kitchenlines are included.
At 5 minutes by foot from S. Marco square, in the heart of Venice, close to the famous Chiesa della Pietà you can find these new apartaments. Please specify beyond the arrival date also the hour in order to ease the organization of the apartaments and the delivery of the keys. All the apartaments are equipped with TV, air conditioning, linen and pottery.
