  The building have different floors, with out the lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms very quiet with Venetian style.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?

• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?

• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all the rooms with-out TV but with out the international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, phone in every room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, the Locanda is with out the air conditioning.

  Yes, we have a Internet/E-Mail point.

  No, you can leave your car at "Piazza Roma" public car park.

  At Santa Lucia Railway station.

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
