 Yellow Room - This room sleeps four comfortably, although doubles are very welcome. As the name implies, its walls are a delightful shade of yellow and the accessories - bedspreads, carpets, chairs, and artwork - are oranges and reds, which make the room warm and intimate. The bathroom, which is very large also, has double sinks, making it ideal for a family of four or two couples. The room has two windows on the small canal, which runs along side the property. Sometimes it is possible to hear the gondoliers singing softly to their guests as they row up and down the canals. As with all the rooms, the beds are handmade. |
 Rose Room - With two window overlooking the courtyard, this room also includes two bathrooms. It is a very large room, which sleeps four and is also ideal for a family of four given the two bathrooms. But as with the yellow room, couples will also love this room and are welcomed. In addition, one of the bathrooms has both a shower and a bathtub. The bathtub is very large and we provide scented crystals for a long, relaxing bath after a day of walking through Venice. The Rose room feels expansive and has a couch and sitting area. As with the other rooms, the ceiling has traditional Venetian wood beams. It is full of light and makes one feel like the courtyard is only an extension of your room. |
 Green Room - Comfortablay sleeping three, but intimate enough for a couple, this room has three windows - two on the courtyard and one on the canal. In this room greens and blues abound, making it cosy and inviting. As with the other rooms, the Green room has distinctive furniture, combining the old with the new. The artwork, much of it done by Amelia, provides a familiar feeling, much like being in a friend's home. |
 Garden Studio - Opening up onto the courtyard, the Studio apartment sleeps four, but is available for less people. It has a brand-new kitchen with refrigerator and stove. The kitchen is stocked with dishware and pots and pans and there is a dining area for those guests who want to eat in. The room has two small windows on the canal, but its charm and draw is really the courtyard, which provides the living room for the guests who stay there. Ideal for a family, especially with small children, or a visitor staying in Venice for longer periods of time, the Garden Studio is clean and fresh and provides tranquility and privacy.
