Facilities within the Property

Upon your arrival at Corte 1321, you are welcomed into a delightful courtyard, which is awash in greenery and colour. The courtyard is private, intended for the use of our guests only. And breakfast is served there daily (weather permitting) as well as available for an aperitivo in the evening or just a comfortable afternoon snooze.

Two American women - mother and daughter - run the property. Deborah Veneziale, the mother moved to Venice almost two years ago. Her daughter, Amelia Bonvini, has lived in Venice for almost a decade. Amelia is fluent in Italian and very helpful in helping the guests navigate Venice. Together they have brought this beautiful B&B to life.

On request we can provide boat trips, catering, parties in the courtyard and restaurant reservations.

Internet: our guests can surf the Internet directly from the rooms with your own laptop. Otherwise there is an Internet point at guests' disposal.

The area where Corte 1321 is located, San Polo, is filled with beautiful Venetian shops as well as practical necessities. The local grocery store is only a few feet away as well as a pharmacy, post office, tobacco shop, and many traditional Venetian restaurants. In the summer in the Campo San Polo there is an outdoor theatre where first-run movies are played. And strolling musicians serenade guests who sit in the campo for a coffee or "Spritz" - a Venetian specialty.
Because Corte 1321 is in the centre of Venice, nothing is very far. Rialto Bridge and all its shops are a five-minute walk. St. Mark's Square and its church, the Palazzo Ducale, and Museo Correr are a 20-minute stroll. The Frari Church which houses important art by Titian and Giovanni Bellini is a 10-minute walk. The Accademia, Venice's largest museum, is also a 20-minute walk or you can take the Vaporetto and be there in 10 minutes. Because Corte 1321 is close to the No. 1 Vaporetto stop, anything in Venice is a only a water-bus ride away.
