  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 10pm, Check Out before 11am. We do not accept arrivals after 10pm unless they are agreed upon before booking. Arrivals after 10pm will not be allowed to check in and will not find any reception. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Price is per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    A continental breakfast is included in the price.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    All utilites are included.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    The bill may be settled on arrival.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English and Italian.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    One floor, no lift.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All of our rooms are quiet and romantic.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    All towels and linens are provided.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    There is a private internal courtyard for guests use only.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No, they do not.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    All room are non smoking.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    There are no TV's.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    There is a main telephone. Local calls are free.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    All rooms have A/C. No extra charge.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    No, there is not.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, we do. Our guests have only to ask the reception.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not. The nearest swimming pool is the municipal one located in Giudecca Island. It is open all year round.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    No, there is not. You have to park your car in Piazzale Roma.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Piazzale Roma or Marco Polo airport.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Venice Marco Polo.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, we do not.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Santa Lucia.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
    The nearest Gondola station is Rio del Melon or Rialto. These are within a 5 min walking distance.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
    The nearest Vaporetto is San Silvestro. It is a 5 min walk with no bridges.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
    The nearest Water Taxi stop is Rialto.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes, they are.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, there is not.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, you can. There is a plug for Internet access in all our rooms but not a telephone.
