Coming by air:
From the Airport you can take two different buses to Piazzale Roma where you will then take the Vaporetto (water bus). Tickets can be purchased at the ATVO booth in the arrivals terminal. If this booth is closed, proceed directly to the bus (located in front of the airport on the lower level where you will pick up your luggage) where there is a machine which sells tickets or ask the driver for a ticket. This bus runs approximately every 30 minutes 20 minutes after the hour and 10 minutes before the hour (i.e. 10:20 am and 10:50 am).
The "Orange" Bus located in the spaces next to where the Blue bus parks, runs every 30 minutes at 5 and 35 minutes after the hour until 21:25. You must purchase your ticket before getting on the bus. To buy a ticket, go to the newsstand in the Departures area, which has a yellow sign reading "Tabacchi/Souvenirs/Giornali" outside the door.
Once you arrive at Piazzale Roma follow these directions:
Buy a ticket for the Vaporetto (there are numerous ticket booths) and take the n.1 vaporetto-waterbus, direction Lido.
Get off at the San Silvestro Stop and walk straight, passing under a building "sottoportego de la pasina".
Make a left and a quick right into "Calle del Sbianchesisi". Follow until you arrive into a small square "Campo S.Aponal". Take the third left directly after the Pizzaria. Follow the street until it ends, take the right and go straight until you see a small tree. Address is San Polo 1321. It is a big, black door on your left-hand side. Buzzard reads "Corte 1321".
Coming by train/car:
If you come by car you have to let your car in Piazzale Roma where is also S.Lucia railway station. From there buy a ticket for the Vaporetto (there are numerous ticket booths) and take the n.1 Vaporetto-Waterbus, direction Lido.
Get off at the San Silvestro Stop and walk straight, passing under a building "sottoportego de la pasina". Make a left and a quick right into "Calle del Sbianchesisi".
