• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 11am, Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per day, per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A very rich breakfast buffet is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors and we do not have a lift.On request we do our best to accomodate our kind guests on the floor they prefer.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are very quiet and private rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of our rooms do have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a Satellite television with several international channels in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a telephone with direct dialling in all rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning and central heating at no extra charge for this in all our rooms.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not have an Internet/E-Mail point, but we are glad to inform our guests that an Internet Cafe'is located just in front of the hotel.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking is available only in piazzale Roma, about 15 minutes with public transport from the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In piazzale Roma.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  International Venice Marco Polo airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have, but the hotel is really very easy and cheap to reach from the Venice Marco Polo airport.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Lucia in Venice, situated just 20 minutes by pubblic motorboat from hotel Corte Contarina.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest gondula station is situated at less than 10 minutes walking in San Marco square.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest vaporetto station is situated at less than 1 minute from the hotel (Giardini or Arsenale stop).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The nearest water taxi speedboats station is situated at less than 10 meters from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
