  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 10am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per apartment.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    The breakfast is not included in the price, but we can provide a continental breakfast on request.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    The heating is included in the price.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Guests can settle the bill on arrival.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    The staff at the reception speaks english, french and German.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    The residence has five floors and there is a lift.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    The apartments are very quiet,private and romantic.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    We provide linens and towels and the daily cleaning of the apartment except the cooking area (cooking are on request).
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    The residence has no terrace or courtyard.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Some of the apartments have a balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    There are no non smoking apartments.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Each apartment has a satellite TV.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Each apartment has telephone with direct dialling.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    The residence has air conditioning in each apartment and it is included in the price.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    Each apartment has a dining room.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    There is an internet point in the residence.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No swimming pool.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    There are parking available in Piazzale Roma and Tronchetto.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    The nearest place to rent a car is in Piazzale Roma and the staff of the residence can help you for any bookings.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    The nearest airport is the Venice Marco Polo Airport.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    We have not a pickup o shuttle service, but guests can easily arrive by the public transports at the nearest stop of Rialto and San Marco.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The nearest railway station is Venice Santa Lucia.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
    The gondola station is just out of the residence.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
    The nearest vaporetto stations are Rialto or San Marco, both are about 2/3 minutes walk from the residence.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
    The watertaxi station is near to the residence, the staff can provide to book you a taxi any time.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    There is not a fitness center in the residence.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Sorry, we do not accept animals.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    There is no restaurant in the residence, but there are many restaurants nearby and staff can help you with bookings.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Each apartment has a Internet access.
