WE were very pleased with how clean things were, the location was wonderful although difficult to find first time, staff friendly and helpful. Would stay again and would recommend to others.

Large, modern, clean, with comfortable beds and quiet at night. Less than 5 minutes to St Marks Sq and very accessable. Elevator to our floor. Kitchen facilities which could be used for a small fee if you required that and there was a washing machine as well. Nothing negative to report at all.

Wonderful. Every person that we met was extremely helpful and very nice. They made calls for us about activities and just could not do enough for us.

Before we went I was a little confused about the rooming arrangement. We asked for a seperate room for our daughter. We got a beautiful room for her that included a kitchen and a new large comfortable sofa bed. Our room had a king size bed and was also huge. Her room was right on a canal view. We had room 101 which was really a suite. Flat screen TVs in both rooms. It was our favorite place that we stayed in Italy.

Charming, new, clean and modern but with a wonderful Venice feel. The bathrooms are wonderful and everything was first rate. The breakfast is worth the extra expense. It included fresh fruit and was much more than the usual pastries. It can be a little frustrating trying to find it the first time so don't forget to take the phone number and the directions with you.

The description and plan of the direction on the little card with the CG-romm-key was really useful and better than the details you published! Please mention, that there are two 'st. Mark' stops and that 'vallaresso' is the nearer one. Very important for the luggage-transport...

When we approached the hotel, there should be a big sign telling that the hotel is behind the bank. It is very hard for a first timer (and in the night time) to realise that there is a hotel behind the bank, and can only be accessed via a norrow pathway.
