• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 6pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  In the apartment you can find coffee, tea, biscuits, milk and soft drinks.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating is included.
  
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  We ask for a deposit at the moment of the reservation.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French, German, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Ground floor and first floor, there is no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are two romantic double rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The apartment is only for non smoking people.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a Tv in the apartment but it has no satellite channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There is a fully equipped kitchen.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is an Internet point just 2 minutes walking from the house.
  
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is not.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Venice Airport Marco Polo.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Venezia Santa Lucia.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  2 minutes walking, San Tomà or San Samuele.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  2 minutes walking, San Samuele or Sant'Angelo
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  2 minutes walking, at San Samuele.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is no fitness center
• Are pets welcome?
  On request, pets are allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, there is modem connection on request.
