• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Rate are on a room only basis.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, we have to wait until check out day for settlement.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The Hotel Danieli consists of three palaces, perfectly connected by means of flying bridges; despite their differences, the three palaces create a particular atmosphere as they unite an evocative ambience, the result being a successful blending of the best in modern comfort, refined luxury and the Byzantine charm of a 14th century Venetian palace. There are 4 floors and 1 elevator in each palace.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all the rooms. With a stylish décor and comfortable furnishings, each guest room gracefully reflects the warmth and rich cultural heritage of Venice.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, some rooms have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, non smoking rooms will be assigned upon request and availability.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, all rooms have air conditioning (on summer season).
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  During summer season, two outdoor swimming pools are at guest disposal at our sister properties, The Westin Excelsior and Hotel Des Bains, on Venice Lido island, just 15 minutes by boat from the Hotel.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking facilities at Piazzale Roma, car terminal station. Please refer to Mattiazzo Garage.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Our guests can arrange a car rental with our concierge.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Venice Marco Polo Airport, 10 km approximately , 1 hour by shuttle boat and 30 minutes by taxi boat.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Shuttle service is available by advance arrangements through Hotel Concierge Desk or by applying upon arrival to Starwood Hospitality Desk in the arrival hall. The service is at scheduled times and includes minibus from airport arrival hall to boat pier (700 mt distance) and shuttle boat to the Hotel. Travel time is approx 1 hour. Charge directly on Hotel bill. Private/assisted transfer may be arranged by advance reservation through Hotel Concierge Desk.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  4 km, at 40 minutes by Vaporetto and 20 by taxi boat.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  St. Mark, 2 minutes walk.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  S. Zaccaria, 100 mt.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  S. Marco, 2 minutes walk.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No; please refer to our Concierge for any information about such activities in the surroundings.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small size pets are welcomed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  La Terrazza, our charming rooftop restaurant, delivers delectable Mediterranean and regional cuisine. Your fine dining experience will be beautifully complemented by the captivating panoramas of the Grand Canal and the Lido and Adriatic Sea. Appetizers and drinks can also be enjoyed at the Dandolo piano bar.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
