• At what time can we check-in and out?

  Yes, heating included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors and we have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are quiet, private, romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Everything is provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they have not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  One Junior Suite has a small balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have satellite plasma TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms have telephones with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning for all seasons is included in the room rate.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There is no dining room, only lounge for tea and coffee.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Internet link in all rooms, one ADSL access.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking available at Piazzale Roma with 10-20% discount for our guests.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the Airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Venice "Marco Polo" Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we have not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Venice Santa Lucia.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest stop is just 20 m away from the property.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The Vaporetto stop is 100 m away.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The Taxi stop is 15 m away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small and quiet pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
