• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The rates are per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast is included in the rates.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Our guest can settle the bill on arrival or at departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Hotel Doge is 3 floors building. We have no elevators, it's no possible to build an elevator in a 4 centuries old building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Our rooms overlook the street or a private garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, there are no terraces.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, there are no balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The guest can choose a smoking or a non-smoking room.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Every room has a Tv but without international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Rooms are provided of direct line telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Rooms are provided of Air Conditioned. The A/C works only in the summer time and it is free of any charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but there is an internet point 2 minutes away.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, we are in Venice!
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, we are in Venice!
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Piazzale Roma you can find several car rental companies.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Venice Marco Polo, 6 miles.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Our guest can use the Airport Shuttle Service at Piazzale Roma.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The train Station of S.Lucia is 3 minutes away.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The closest Gondola Station is just in front of the train Station in our side of the Gran Canal so at 2 minutes walk from the Hotel Doge.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  Hotel Doge lies at 100 meters by the Line n.1 boat Stop called Riva di Biasio. To find us by the boat stop you can take any calle just in front the boat stop. Every calle reaches you to the street where Hotel Doge lie: Lista Vecchia dei Bari.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The closet water Taxi Station is at 2 minutes walk by the Hotel, anyway we can call a Taxi from the Reception.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Hotel Doge accept small pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  All'Anfora Restaurant-Pizzeria lies just next door by the Hotel Doge. Usually the guests think that Restaurant is the Hotel's restaurant. All'Anfora is managed by another property but the guys are friends of us. Nice place, good cuisine, honestly rates.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot.
