• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room and per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, our rich continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  The staff has a very wide experience in hotel management and speaks English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors and an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The bedrooms are very clean, welcoming and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The rooms do not have a terrace, but wide windows permitting the sun and fresh air to get into at any time.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The hotel has smoking and non smoking bedrooms, the guests just have to let us known their preference and we will accommodate them in their favourite room.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All bedrooms have multimedia digital televisions with pay Tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dialling telephone in all the rooms.
  
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All bedrooms have seasonal free of charge air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Guests can surf the Internet directly from the tv of their room or withn their own laptop.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not. The nearest swimming pool is the public pool "Rari Nantes" (Sacca Fisola).
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is not.
  Guests can park their car in Piazzale Roma.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask the reception fot the nearest Avis, Maggiore, Belt Limousine car rental agency.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo airport (30 minutes).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Venice S.Lucia (15 minutes by water bus).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest Gondula Station is situated in St.Mark's Square (10 minutes by water bus)
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest Vaporetto station is Palanca (500 metres far from the hotel lines n. 82-41 and N).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station is few metres far from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but only small and medium pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can surf the Internet directly from your room with your own laptop.
