    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room per night.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    A very rich breakfast buffet is included in the price. The breakfast buffet consists in: warm drinks (coffee, milk, cappuccino, tea, chocolate), plum-cakes, fruit juices, bread, several kinds of marmelades, honey, butter, cheese, cornflakes and free scrumbbled eggs.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Guests can settle the bill on arrival.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    The staff has very wide experience in hotel business and speaks English, German, French and Spanish.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    The Donà Palace Hotel consists in 5 floors with lift.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    The bedrooms are very clean, welcoming, quiet, private and romantic.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    One suite room has the private terrace with external jacuzzi.

    No, there are no balconies.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    The Donà Palace Hotel has smoking and non smoking bedrooms.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    All our rooms are equipped with Sat-TV with several international channels.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, there is telephone with direct dialling.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    All bedrooms have free air conditioning during the summer season.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    All rooms have an internet access.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Not in the Hotel but in Piazzale Roma where you will find pubblic garages.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    In Piazzale Roma.

    The nearest airport is Marco Polo airport located 20 kilometers from the Hotel.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    We have private water taxi for arrivals and departures from and to the Hotel. For informations contact the booking dept.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The nearest railway station is Venezia Santa Lucia.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
    Just few minutes walking.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
    The nearest Vaporetto station is San Marco located 5-10 minutes walking from the Hotel.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
    The Hotel has private landing.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No, pets are not allowed.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Yes, we have 2 restaurants in front of the hotel.

    Yes, you can.
