Excellent small hotel with excellent facilities that are very new, and some very friendly and helpful staff. Also this hotel is just a minute's walk from St Mark's Square, which is perfect.

Staff arranged a water taxi from the hotel to the airport at a cost that was cheaper than anyone else had quoted!

Directions to the hotel were very poor indeed. from St Marks Square 'just five minutes walk' but in what direction! Walking round the streets in the rain trying to find the hotel without directions really spoilt our first day. A clear map with clear written directions is essential. Existing maps and directions on websites were completely useless.

The hotel was great and in a great location. We had some touble finding it, but once fund it was a delight. The room was large, well lit and very delightful.

as we had read the comments of former customers on your site, we knew the name of the street where the hotel is situated. So we had no problem at all to find it.

the room was very nice and perfect. we had view on the canal as we asked for a junior suite. the breakfastroom is very charming. but for the rest we did not have the impression we stayed in a venetian palace as the name of the hotel suggests.

We had reserved a 'letto matrimoniale', but just got two single beds. It's not a great problem for us, but could be for someone.

We had to wait a little bit for the watertaxi we rented at the hotel, so we arrived about ten minutes later than what we had thought to the airport. Any way, everything was wonderful.

It's a nice hotel if you have in mind Venice prices, and it's wonderfully situated.
We had a very nice stay there, and just think of returning as soon as possible.

The accomodation was really nice, but I would have been pleased to see more pictures of each suite and being able to ask for a particular one.
