• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 1pm until 10pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included but in the apartment, guests will find a cupboard with coffee, tea, sugar and oil is at their disposal free of charge.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, the heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, it is possible to settle the bill upon arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartment is located on the first floor without lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Apartment is located inside a quiet and private courtyard.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided for the guests.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, it does not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, there are no balconies. All rooms have windows and the bedroom is well exposed.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The rooms are all non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Color TV is supplied in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there's an electric fan without extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  A little dining room is available for common use by the guests.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, there is not. There are Internet points within walking distance.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, we do not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Piazzale Roma is the main parking lot at the Venice entrance.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Piazzale Roma or at Marco Polo airport are the major points to find a rental car.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Venice international Marco Polo airport is the closest airport at only 15 kilometers.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Venezia Santa Lucia is Venice central station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  San Marco (St. Mark's Square)is the nearest Gondula Station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  San Zaccaria is the closest vaporetto station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  Rio Del Remedio is the Water Taxi speedboat station nearby.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not any fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, unfortunately we do not accept pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but lots of restaurants are all within walking distance.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
