• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The daily price is per room with continental breakfast buffet.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German, Spanish and Russian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Three floors. we have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some, on request.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some, on request.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Hotel is a non-smoking hotel.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes. No extra-charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, but there are the municipal swimming pools.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The hotel has a little parking with 5 car places available on request: extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Venice Airport or in Piazzale Roma, not for Venice.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  45 minutes by public aircraft - 20 minutes by private aircraft-taxi.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  45 minutes by public transport (aircraft) - 15 minutes by private aircraft-taxi.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  Piazza San Marco (10 minutes).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  250 mt from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  250 from the Hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
