| Cancellation Policy | |
Rooms indicated as PREPAID/ NOT REFUNDABLE or NOT REFUNDABLE/ FULLY PREPAID may not be cancelled nor changed. If cancellation or any changes occurs, the full amount taken as prepayment for the reservations will be kept as penalty. For other rooms, no penalty applies for cancellations received before 6pm local time the day before arrival. For cancellations received after 6pm the day before the arrival, a penalty equivalent to the first night's accommodation will be charged.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 24 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
