  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room, per night.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Rates are on a room only basis.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Upon departure.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English, German, Spanish and French.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    5 buildings, 5 floors and elevators to serve each floor and building.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, all rooms.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Some rooms have a terrace.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Some rooms have a balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Non smoking rooms will be assigned upon request and availability.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Air conditioning in all rooms (during summer season).
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    Not on property, but during summer season, guests may enjoy two outdoor swimming pools at our sister properties, The Westin Excelsior and Hotel Des Bains, on Venice Lido island, just a complimentary boat ride away.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Nearest parking facilities in Piazzale Roma Car Terminal. Please refer to Mattiazzo Garage.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Please refer to our Concierge.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Venice Marco Polo Airport, about 10 km far from the Hotel, 1 hour by shuttle boat and 30 minutes by taxi boat.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Shuttle service is available by advance arrangements through Hotel Concierge Desk or by applying upon arrival to Starwood Hospitality Desk in the arrival hall. The service is at scheduled times and includes minibus from airport arrival hall to boat pier (700 mt distance) and shuttle boat to the Hotel. Travel time is approx 1 hour. Charge directly on Hotel bill. Private/assisted transfer may be arranged by advance reservation through Hotel Concierge Desk.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Venice Santa Lucia Railway Station: about 4 km far from the Hotel.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
    St. Mark's Square, 200 mt approx.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
    St. Mark's Square, 200 mt approx.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
    St. Mark's Square, 200 mt approx. Hotel has a private pier where guests may take a taxi; please refer to our Concierge.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    Not on property; please refer to our Concierge for any information about such activities in the surroundings.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Small size pets are welcomed.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    The elegant gourmet restaurant La Cusina features savory regional dishes, prepared by artistic chefs. Or the popular Bar Tiepolo, is a perfect gathering place for international visitors and Venetians.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
