• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 5pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is not included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  The staff in "La Finestra sul Mar" has a very wide experience in hotel business and speaks English, German, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  "La finestra sul mar" is at the second floor of this 6 floor building. There are 2 elevators (lifts).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  "La Finestra sul Mar" is very clean and welcoming, private apartment.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  "La finestra sul mar" have a big terrace with a view on the sea.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, it has.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  "La finestra sul mar" is a non smoking appartment; if you want, it is possible to smoke on the terrace.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No there is no TV in the flat. We have a radio.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is, if you want, air conditioning in the apartments.

• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There is a restaurant on the first floor of the residence with a terrace overlooking the sea.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  "La finestra sul mar" does not have an Internet/E-Mail point, but we are glad to inform our guests that an Internet Café is situated just near the apartment.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No there is not, but at 10 minutes away from the apartment, there is a swimming pool which is open from 9,00 a.m. to 07.00 p.m. every day.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is. The parking place is inside the garden of the property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  "La finestra sul mar" is situated at 10 minutes by public bus from the parkings in Piazzale S. M. Elisabetta. Guests just have to ask information to the staff who will be glad to help them rent a car.
  
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  In the neighbourhood there are every kind of shops: restaurants, cook shop, laundry, etc.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  "La finestra sul mar" is located at 30 minutes by public transport (public boat or taxi boat) from the International Venice Marco Polo airport and is located at 60 minutes by public transport from the International San Giuseppe Treviso Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  "La finestra sul mar" does not offer a shuttle service from the airport but it is really very easy and cheap to go from the Venice Marco Polo airport or from the Treviso San Giuseppe airport to "La finestra sul mar".
  
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The Venice railway station Santa Lucia is located at 60 minute by public transport from "La finestra sul mar" .
  
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest Gondula Station is situated at less than 10 minutes by public bus.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest Vaporetto Station (S. M. Elisabetta) is situated at less than 10 minutes by public bus from "La finestra sul mar".
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The nearest Water Taxi Speedboats is situated at less than 10 minute walking from "La finestra sul mar".
• How far away is the beach?
  There is a private beach in front of "La finestra sul mar", accessible to a wheelchair with assistance.
• Is the beach private or public?
  It is just outside the residence.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  In the property there is not a fitness center but guests can find one just a short walk from the apartment (10 meters).
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes of course!They are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is a restaurant on the first floor of the Property with a terrace overlooking the sea.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  It is not possible to surf the Internet from the apartment, but we are glad to inform our guests that an Internet Café is situated just near "La finestra sul mar".
