• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 2pm.
  Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, continental breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you may.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English, Spanish, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is no lift but all the rooms are on the first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are. Rooms nr. 1, 8, 9, and 10 are very quiet, room nr. 10, without doubt the most romantic, is usually suggested to young couples (for honeymoon, but not only).
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All of our rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there are television sets in all of the rooms, but only with national channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is and it is included in the price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is no parking as cars are not allowed in Venice city centre, but we have an agreement with Garage San Marco in Piazzale Roma offering to our guests a 10% discount on the daily rate.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Mestre.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Venice Marco Polo airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Venezia Santa Lucia, 25 minutes by water bus from our hotel.
  
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest Gondula station is just around the corner.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest is S.Angelo stop, about 2 minutes walk from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  Just around the corner.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are a lot of Osteria's nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you may not.
