  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.

  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, we offer a rich continental breakfast included in the price. Only hot meals have an extra cost.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French, German and Italian of course.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors and an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are very romantic and quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite TV in all our rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is seasonal (May-October) and there is no extra cost.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  The hotel offers wire-less connection in all its premises.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is not. You have to park your car in Piazzale Roma.
